Comments:
Ran this morning since we have to shop and unpack and clean the house all afternoon. Decently early but I woke up early so it didn't matter. Me Chris and Phil went out for a np run. It's been a while out there but it felt just like home. Legs felt great I felt smooth the whole time. My heel was still kinda tight though concerns me. I hope it loosens up cause I felt pretty good today. I got the brace too helped a little. I'll stretch it out more tonight. Still nice morning run, nice to get the short miles before camp.

Essentials: stretch, L7, roll

Quick essentials. On the way back down bell field, a dog was running a in the street. We thought it was just whatever, but apparently it ran away from a house down the street. We chased it and corralled it back to its home. Heroes! Just enought stretching I guess today
