4x600.#3=solid swim. 9:06, about 1:30/100.
#4=broken at 100s. 1:24, 1:28, 1:29, 1:28, 1:26, 1:27. The goal here was to hold a slightly faster pace/100 than the swim in #3. I was aiming for 1:28/100 and got that pretty close.
