with GMacD again. He was moving! I actually felt a little tired at the beggening (G said the same thing) but these actually came quite easily. A contridiction, I know but that's the way running can be sometimes. I'll let the times speak for themselves.

RR and LF came out with us and did a speed workout on the track. NC and his girlfriend met with us too. Inspiring to have a full crowd on the track!
