Old railroad bed + Airport.

Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Another morning run. Barnes found a new path that he ran the previous day, and he suggested that we try it. It was an old rail road bed across the street from the airport. It turned out to be a mud fest, and with 30 kids running over it, it got real nasty. Went out 2 miles and then turned around. Ran back with Paul Z. I was carful on the path, and went really slow. Felt ok though kinda sore from sleeping on the ground. Kept going into the airport and did a little out and back on the road. It was pretty out though, real nice weather. We picked it up on way back and I felt a little better there. Overall, I wanted this run to be over and I was tired though. Pace was so slow because of the mud.

Essentials: Stretch, roll, L7, hips, pushups, ice in creek

Good stertch and all though. I did hips too since those were the tightest from sleeping on the ground. Pushups were awesome too. Then spent the next few hours packing up everything. We had to peel out of there since we dumped our trash at the elementry school, and had to go back to get Dong's stuff. Good drive back though, but like always, I am beat after camp. Its gonna be the same through the first week of classes and preseason. Loving every minute of it though. I think we put on a good show did a dec job with camp. I think a lot of people had fun. I did. I also think it helped me transition out of UMass, and back into Case, which is what it is supposed to do. I am gonna miss camp, so many good times and stories, one of the great parts of the XC season.
