not sure how far i ran. this is a second go around in rekindling my running. this time for 30 days. injured my achillies tendon last time- presumably from the weight i am carrying - limped around for a few days and then never got back on it.
run felt pretty good for the first one out. jogged it , broke a sweat and went for just shy of 20 mins (19 40) - according to map quest it looks like about 4km. i like that so i am gonna keep it.
