Weather: sunny, warm. very nice

Comments:
Got in a 3 mile run before work. Was a little hurried but I wanted to take it easy because I plan on doing a workout tomorrow. Well, that didn't go as planned. It didn't feel bad or hard to keep pace though. First mile 6:39, Second mile 6:07, Third mile 5:58.
