Comments:
Lots of chill runs this week. Standard 90 mile week except I only ran 9 Sunday. Felt good. Kinda sad camp is over for me for ever. Maybe I'll break my leg so I can come back next year. Felt decent this week. Need to sleep more however. Back to for real logging for preseason.
