Bike to WJ. some drills. 4-2-4-2. 2-3 minutes rest between each. 64-29-65-29.
I want to be doing some intervals about once a week during the summer. Decent paced stuff, anywhere from 200-800m repeats. It will be good to keep in decent track shape.
Also, ~once a month I'm going to do a fast workout, time trial kind of thing, ~90% over 300 or 400m.
Also, I'm going to focus on flexibilty and elasticity. I think that these will help my running + injury prevention.
