Exercise Type: Swim
Comments:
We had morning practice. Sore from the time trial yesterday, but the pool always helps stretch out. I usually dont run on Tuesdays, but this week I want to be up to 60ish so Ill do a little jog this afternoon for further stretching out. Hammies are sore, but the calf feels good. The swim was all over the place, just to get into a good rhythm. Did some freestyle, kicking, and some underwater swimming. Nice morning workout I would say. We swam in the dark too, which was kinda cool. I thought it would be scary at first, but we got used to it all.
Went down to do the first lift afterwards
Essentials: Abs, hips, stretch, L7, roll later
Did abs right after swimming since the guys who went out running were doing them when we got back. Then after lifting we stretched and did some other good essentials. Feeling good hammy just a little sore.
