Did the day 1 lift on the sheets from last year. Rubin being gone has left us kinda on our own, so we are just using what we used last year. Mercer was my partner. We did
Row to Rack
Goblet squats
Jerk
DB fly and Shoulder raise
Row up and bicep curls
I might be forgetting one. Did most of it with just the bar, but thats ok we were getting the form down and teaching the freshman the routine. I am excited to get back into the weight room. Adds a good sense of strength. Felt good after.
