MLK Run, Near-Drowning Experience

Comments:
Group run on MLK from the track out to the 6; ran down from the house to the track first. Good run, except for my near fall into the lake. Near the 6, I tripped, and it was a close call, but I survived! Just some scrapes to show for it.

Essentials: Bear, Hips, 50 push-ups.
