Felt pretty good for this, stomach was upset at the beginning so I was unsure, but it turned out well. My legs felt pretty good.

The group looked great, in 4 years, I think this is the most everyone stuck together, and we were clipping along too. Great job guys!

Essentials at home; ace x 60, gluteals, rolling, 75 push-ups.
