20' warm-up
drills and strides
200m @ 30" pace/200 @ 1' pace until you can't hold it for 2 consecutive intervals.
20' cool down
This was much harder than I expected. I only made it to 10 intervals which was half of what I thought I could complete. I probably was a little too tired for a workout of this nature today. But on the plus side, it let me know that I should do another workout with active recoverys like this. My legs felt like toast by the end but there was only 2k of work on them which I guess is the point.

It was great to have a full crew out at the track today too! There was AB, MK back from Brazil, MD, VR, and KL. Even TM was there doing some interval work.

MK was scolded for urinating outside.
