Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Morning run with a lot of freshman out to the shoe tree and back. I was very sore and tired when I woke up this morning... We get to sleep in a little tomorrow. Felt good today though on the run for the most part. We started going slow on the way back. We took a different route than I usually do, through little italy. Weather was pleasant this morning though. It is a very nice day.
Crossfit circuit downstairs after. I am very very sore from that...
Essentials: Abs, stretch, Roll, L7, ice
Went right to abs after coming back up from the weight room. I usually like stretching before abs, but ehh if the team is a whole is doing it Ill sacrifice for now. Did an ok stretch and ice, but my hammies are still very sore from the leg squats in the lift. Hope they loosen out later on the afternoon run.
