Weather: nice, breezy
Comments:
this run was a progression run, which i learned about in Runner's World. The goal of the run is to do most of the run at a normal easy pace and then gradually accelerate to half-marathon pace (for me 6.40, seems fast)for the last 5-15 minutes of the run.
Since this was my first one i only did it for 5-7 minutes.
Felt good at the end, didn't wear brace and ankle felt good.
Knees have been hurting a little
