Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Mile warm up with J girls. Then workout with Jen and Beteeny. I felt fine. The first one was fast, 4:24. Our pace was 4:38. The first one didn't count so we did 5 more and I don't remember exact splits but the fastest of those was 4:33 and the slowest was 4:40 so it went pretty well after the first one. Then we did some hill drills and running after which was about a half a mile worth of hills. Mile cooldown with Gaby and a little Katie. I felt good.
