Weather: Nice then Rain

Comments:
15' warm up + 5' steady state
Drills n strides
3 X Long Pond/2' @ LT
4 strides
12' cool down

Did some of the warm-up with RR. My laps were in 9:50 or less and on the last one I ran till my watch hit 30'. On the way home, I was caught in one of the strangest rainstorms I've ever experienced. While it was sunny, the rain was coming down in buckets. I was totally soaked.

Very tired when this was over; took a nap with Benson.
