400 (65), 2 minutes, 300 (45), 2 minutes, 200 (28) x 4. 5 minutes in between 1 and 2 as well as 3 and 4, 10 minutes between 2 and 3. A little reluctant to do any work today but once I settled in it felt steady and in control
