Weather: a little overcast, a little wind
Comments:
A Fartlek in Bowering Park that included about 14' warm-up, drills, 1' interval, 3' interval, suicide on the soccer field, lunges into strides, hills, steep hills, 5 X 1'/1' and about 14' cool down.
I wish someone would join me for one of these though.
