Exercise Type: Weights

Basically the same lift as last week. We got to it quick and got it done, doin some serious work.

Row to Rack
Goblet Squats
Jerk
DB fly and shoulder raise
Row up and Bicep curls

Used same weights as last week, but when the reps dropped, the weight increased. Felt strong for a lot of it. I kept it fun by foolin around. Also, the weightroom is kinda anarchy with out Rubin. These douches were lifting with out shirts, actin like real bros. Also, the weights are all disorganized. I am gonna do my best to help keep them organized.
