Comments:
Woke up, rolled out of bed, and hit the streets. This was a surprisingly nice morning run. I felt sluggish in the beginning, but Overall it was a nice shakeout. Went up W St James to the end of Scarborough and back. Took in the beautiful sights of residential Cleveland Hts. The schools were busy with parents dropping of their kids.

Essentials: Stretch, roll, hips, L7

Stretched out on the lawn and up in my room. Felt pretty good. Should be shaken out for the run this afternoon. Im also gonna try and get in the ice bath then, hope I have enough time before class.
