Comments:
hot day at the tow path. felt pretty miserable and out of energy for the tempo. tried to keep my mind off it, was solid for about 3 miles, and started to fade. coach barnes kept me alive and at reasonable pace for five then told me to cut it at 5. was supposed to do 7. awesome. racing for november, so i know its not a big deal. still a bit frustrating. i need to be consistent if i want to people to be able to trust my racing ability. i want to try this swimming thing, but i don't know how much "free time" i've got for it. i forsee myself getting busier as the weeks go on.
