Again in the cardio room. I wasn't really in dire need of a rest day today, but it's part of my plan. I digested enough before biking, but it still kinda sucked. My iPod is shit and I had to pee the whole time. I went a little shorter... It's all goodin the end because my legs are feeling good.
Essentials: abs, pushups, stretch, L7, shins&calves, roll, hammies
Did abs and pushups quickly before hitting the pool. I was wearing soo mucho left a huge puddle.
Stretch and essentials were pretty good. I am feeling pretty loose. I got to come back and lift after class today since we didn't lift yesterday. Might try to get my ice bath in then, or do it tomorrow since we will have a little more time
