Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Shorter track tempo so I could focus on mechanics. 1.5mi warm-up, pull-ups, then a couple strides.
Felt OK, but not much energy: 5:43, 5:40. Stopped at two miles. Did some stretching and abs, then ran back to work.
Foci:
1.) R ext + L flex - letting pelvis EXTEND on R
2.) L elbow depr
Post-run: less soreness in R abs...
Ran in the new NB 890 v2s. Very comfortable!
