Comments:
Ran hills at the meadow for the first time this year. It was a good workout. I felt like i was working the hills well and many people on the team also did well. That was awesome. It was really cool working together with many new peeps today. Did nine with the typical high mileage crew. Solid workout. Accomplished the goal of the day.
Coach took some video. I really need to work on my arms when I'm driving. Thats something I'm going to really focus on going up the small hill at Calvin and coming down the stretch. I've done too much power work over the years not to take advantage of it today.
