So I did legs the other day and not only didn't feel up to a run, but I had also rolled my ankle earlier in the day. I decided to do something with low impact. I jumped on the new elliptical machine here. It is really cool. You can sync your IPOD to it or plug in a USB drive and play music that way. I ended up doing 50 minutes or 5 miles on it. I felt good after it. Oh and I keep forgetting to track my morning heart rate.
