Weather: overcast, slight breeze

met up with AB in the dirt parking lot of Mundy Pond.

Short warm-up, drills and strides, 3 X 1'/1' + 2 X 2'/1'. And then a short cool down and I drove the man home.

Feeling good about tomorrow. Now to take my mind off running for a little while.
