Saturday cemetary fartlek for those not racing Calvin. Sergio killed it, really solid run from him today. My legs were still very tired and had no go on the uphills but I did what I could to crush the last interval. Felt okay other than just tired.

Did a mile and a half extra on Van Horn after we got back, barefoot.
