Exercise Type: Run

Weather: warm

Comments:
Ran 4 miles on 10, 4 8's on 5, 4 4's on 2:30, and 2x 300 with 100 jog recovery. Didn't run real hard on the longer intervals, proble went 75-80%. I tried to push different highschool runners each interval. Ran the 300's at a good pace.

First mile-6:44, 2nd-6:35, 3rd-6:51, 4th-7:53(100 meters longer). First 800-3:27, 2nd-3:19, 3rd-3:35, 4th-2:59. First 400-1:11, 2nd-1:16, 3rd-1:18, 4th-1:10. First 300-:56, 2nd-:52.

Some intervals ran with slower kids to help motivate, some ran with the faster ones. More interested in helping the kids improve than my own fitness today. I feel I'll still benifit either way.

Total time includes rest breaks.
