Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Decided to run today since I took off this weekend. I want to get my legs moving again. Nice solo run in pretty beautiful weather. A classic route too. Legs felt stiff on the way out but I felt much better on the way back. Out at Cain park, the chafing from the sleeve got real bad, it was actually pretty painful. I just ran through it though. Felt fine when I got back.
Essentials: abs, stretch, L7, ankle walks, roll, ice
Got back and did abs first. I then went into the pool. Then I came back up and finished stretching alone. Legs feel pretty sore from stretching, but a real good sore. Hammy felt dec today.
