Comments:
I was damn sore after yesterday's 12 400s--the muscle knot in my left calf was especially bad--so I went back to the 15 minutes on, 1 minute off, 15 minutes on routine for today. Once I'm recovered (which might take another day or two) I look forward to upping the length of the intervals, though.
Did a circuit afterward.
