Comments:
had another hill workout this week with the first half of the big hill being bounding. it went well. i ended up kind of by myself for a goods portion because i was going slower downhill and for the rest. i was still just letting myself go downhill but i wasn't forcing anything. i felt better form wise and coach didnt yell at me because of anything this week so a solid improvement. she even complimented my form like twice! i was really tired afterward, and i decided to not swim today. i needed food, and i had some work to do as well so just lift and abs. ice bath was closed.
