Weather: A little humid
Comments:
Hills in the meadow again. This time, bounds for the first half of the long hill. At first I was really driving off my toes and that left them pointed down. Coach said I was "moving like a cripple" which kind of pissed me off so I hammered the rest of this workout. Felt better as the workout went on, but I'm still lacking the power on the steep part of the long hill. The short hill I can drive through but the sustained explosive power isn't there yet.
