Weather: Overcast but good temp
Comments:
Ran an early tempo with Ethan today. It was really nice. One of the better tempos I've ever had. I felt like i was running free finally which was a nice change. Just real chill between the two of us. We both felt awesome and relaxed the whole way which was super awesome. And the pace just keep picking up and our heat rates remain under control. So all in all a really good workout. Only blight was I think my heart rate monitor may be out of batteries:( I'll try it again later.
eagle, hips before, static 1, roll after. Return to lift and swim later. Then mental training!
