Last Hills in the Meadow Ever?! :(

Good hill workout in the meadow. Realized this could be the last one ever, a bit sad :( , but my last MLK tempo will be much more sentimental. I'll miss those a lot more. Same hill circuit as last week. Pushed them, especially the last several real hard. Got the upset stomach after, meaning job well done :)

Lift, Swim, Stretch, Roll, Abs, Hips, Push-Ups.
