Cardio room

Exercise Type: Bike

BikeD a little earlier in the cardio room. Breakfast was still there... But it stayed down. I was tired and a little stressed, but I felt pretty legit on the bike. Good old sports center.

Essentials: stretch, L7,roll, shins and calves, abs

Good essentials with drew and Chris stretching everything out. Felt good. We did the abs on the stability balls which were tough, especially since I suck at them.

Still getting used to the new orthotics, but they feel pretty dec.
