Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Ran from Tamarack to Rexius. Did a little extra and some strides, then got after it. Got out OK, slowed a bit uphill, then had a solid last 1.5mi:
5:49, 5:56, 5:43, 2:49
Solid for that crappy bark. Stride felt GREAT with foci of:
- Lumbar extension/pelvic opening
- push/pull, namely the R ext/L flex
