Weather: First time with a shirt
Comments:
Standard MLK tempo today. Another long tempo. Ran with the standard group. Really feeling into the rhythm of workouts.
Wish this was the case with the tempo. We had a big group and I just never felt we were on top of stuff. It's probably cuz I suck at pacing but we were really all over the map in terms of pace. So that was less than ideal especially compared to last week where I just felt awesome and ran smooth. Also I feel like I let this get to me a bit too much. Like it was less than ideal but we didn't totally bomb. I've been doing a really good job with staying relaxed and loose mentally, and rolling with things this year. And I just didn't do that today. Gotta keep it loosey goosey!
