Black Case shirts for all the guys, lots of people missed their turnarounds today, myself included. Just went out to the three mile mark instead and stopped a mile out on the way back. Faster than last weeks so a new fastest tempo but I didn't feel very good. Maybe it's that this isn't the first workout of the week, maybe it was the double yesterday, maybe it was swimming before practice. I also feel like I'm picking up a bit of a cold. Heart rate was normal though...
Anyway, splits are: (6:06,6:09,6:19,6:14,6:08) not the most even in the world but okay...
