Comments:
Digested a bit after breakfast then ran to Eaton alone. I kinda didnt want to go alone today, but no one was around, so I just went out and did it. It was pleasant actually in the end. Weather was amazing out and its just so enjoyable up around the lakes. Slow on the way out, legs felt really heavy, but on the way back, I tried to pick it up and I stared feeling better. IT bands are sore and so are my quads. More sore than I was feeling on Monday and Tuesday.

Essentials: Stretch, roll, L7, ankle walks, pushups

Essentials got a little interupted by a fire drill, which was boshank. Still finished them up with Chris and got some good pushups in. Feeling better after stretching as usual, still sore though.
