Exercise Type: Swim
Comments:
Right after I got back from running. Changed and went down. Got my own lane on the outside in the big pool. My legs were feeling sore from the running and I could feel it on the push off from the wall each time. Breathing was consistent, but I stopped a bunch of times cause I was tired. No excuses though. The water was really cold at first, but when I jumped in it felt really good actually.
