High Point to Elmwood to Parmenter to Donna and back (with John)-

This run pointed to me the reality that John's fitness is improving much quicker than my hip, and despite my quicker initial improvements the first week, I overextended myself the day we ran up Old Sauk hill even though I utterly destroyed him. Still, my hip felt a bit better today than it has for a slightly quicker run. Maybe there's hope for an imminent recovery.

It stormed off in the distance while we ran and was dark for much of the way back.
