Comments:
Tempo on MLK. Decided I was going to stay on pace the entire time today and stop being a bitch. 2 mile warmup and then drill. Started off at a decent clip, but at the spot that used to be all wet, I tripped on Benny D's foot and went straight down. I barely got my hands up, so they broke my fall a little, but my chest took the brunt of the fall. Did a quick status check and decided I was going to keep going. First mile ended up being real quick because of the adrenaline rush. Spent the rest of the tempo working on getting back to Ben and Chippy, got to them with half a mile left. I was really happy with how this workout went, but my chest was real sore at the end. Ran the mile to the track, but no 300s or running back to Veale, chest just was too sore.

5:53 (probably faster actually, because I didn't stop my watch right away after falling), 6:00, 6:00, 5:56=23:49.

Talked to Jess when I got back, no real damage, but I did ice my chest and so didn't get in the lift or do abs.
