not entirely sure on total mileage here, warm up and cool down were probably about 1.5 each. i definitely didnt feel the greatest when i woke up. slept okay but not that much. a little stuffy too, but i tried to keep it out of my mind. mile repeats is one of my favorite workouts, so i was ready to go. started with the second group and finished really right with the first group on the first one, but we were still slow. then on the second mile we were a bit slow again. the third was mostly down hill, and we finally hit what we were trying to hit, but i also let up a bit knowing it was completely down hill. 4th mile was tough and kind of slow again, but also uphill. last mile with the group most people killed it, but i tried to keep some in the tank for the 6th interval. had to do it by myself and it was the first mile again, but i still did pretty good.
