Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
not a great run. i couldn't breathe too well, and my head didnt feel great. i kind of slept in, but it didnt make me feel better. i have been drinking lots of water, and i'd like to feel good for tomorrow's tempo but we'll see. i just don;t feel great. good news was i could get away with a slightly shorter run since i was up on mileage.
