has my back. he gave me some mucinex dm. the exact shit barnes recommended. only i was ahead of the game and had some before practice. so i felt pretty crappy all day, slept after circuits through most my classes... oh well i guess. still went to the workout. i knew i probably wasnt going to feel great but i felt a little better than expected. went 4 miles at 5:40 pace with the group and i was just beat. it felt a little harder than tempo should, and i could feel my form getting a little ugly because i couldnt breathe well. a little mad i couldn't finish the workout, but better to get healthy and feel better by saturday i guess.
