Last long tempo on MLK. Great run. Pretty much even split the entire thing and we had a great group. An honor to finish off the last one with Chris Kelly, David Dixon, Nathan Mercer, + all the others who did 5 or 6.

Beautiful day as well. My favorite workout is now done sniff sniff.

300 on the track. cool-down to veale. stretch, roll, eagle x 20, hips, push-ups, leg hang, swimming.
