Apartment, Eldridge, Terry Hershey Park: east to Kirkwood

9:30AM. Sleep: 7 hr. Knee not at 100%, but felt good enough to try a run, no real problems, thought I might be able to do the long run, but turned back when I felt it slightly, stretch, minute planks & pushups.
