Weather: cold, raining

Comments:
Got woken up at 7 by Orillio and was informed I had 10 minutes before I ran. Pretty much just put my contacts in, got a vest and then was off.
Seemed to take a long time, my hip still had the same pain and I was hot and cold across my body at the same time. Most unpleasant of the legs.
