5:50AM. Sleep: 6.0 hr. Digestive system was not cooperating this morning, ducked into the woods on the way out, which definitely helped.

3 * 200 m w/ downhill recovery, splits: 1:55 (46), 1:57 (46), 1:46 (45), not the best workout, but I can't complain.

Noticed that the temperature had crept up again, stretch, crunches & pushups.
